Pizza Fritelle (Fried Dough)
Diane Randesi
Pronounced (pizza-fdeé-t) Aunt Kay gave me this recipe. We ate these as fast as they could be made, while waiting for Christmas Eve dinner to be served. Other times, they are eaten as a snack or in place of bread. You can use this yeast recipe for the dough, or you can buy frozen bread dough instead.
