Roasted Potatoes

My favorite potato recipe is my Aunt Gail’s (above); my second favorite is below:

Ingredient
Potatoes
Breadcrumbs
Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Parsley
Olive oil
   
Quantity
8-
1/2cup
1/2cup
to taste
3Tbsp.
enough to drizzle over potatoes

Instructions
Peel and cut potatoes into thick slices. Rinse. Add potatoes to a plastic bag containing mixture of cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and parsley. Shake to cover potatoes with mixture. Empty potatoes into baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake 450 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
