Lupine

Ingredient
Dried Lupine
Water
Salt

Instructions
Place lupine in a large pot (6 qt.). Cover the lupine with water at least 4 inches above the lupine. Bring to boil and cook on a low boil for about 45 minutes or until skin pops when you pinch them. (Beans dowbe? When cooked.) Remove from fire and rinse in cold water. Place lupine back in the pot and cover them with fresh water and add about a hand full of salt. Change water every day, always keeping them covered with clear water. Add a little salt every day. It will take about 2 weeks for them to cure and be ready to eat!
