Cod Fish

I like this better fried, but you could bake it if you wish. Garnish with lemon wedges.

Ingredient
Cod Fish
Eggs
Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
Italian-Seasoned Breadcrumbs
Vegetable Oil
Lemon
   
Quantity
1pound
1-
2Tbsp.
1/4tsp.
1/4tsp.
1/2cups
to cover bottom of frying pan
wedges (optional)

Instructions
Cut fish in squares. Scramble egg. Add grated cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Marinate fish in this mixture. Dip each marinated piece of fish into bread crumbs and deep fry. \r \r Option: Bake 350 degrees for ½ hour.\r
