Cod FishMinnie DiFulvio I like this better fried, but you could bake it if you wish. Garnish with lemon wedges.
Ingredient | | Cod Fish | | Eggs | | Parmesan Cheese | | Garlic Powder | | Salt and Pepper | | Italian-Seasoned Breadcrumbs | | Vegetable Oil | | Lemon |

Instructions | Cut fish in squares. Scramble egg. Add grated cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Marinate fish in this mixture. Dip each marinated piece of fish into bread crumbs and deep fry. \r \r Option: Bake 350 degrees for ½ hour.\r |
