Crustless Ricotta Pie

Ricotta is pronounced (rdi-gaut'-a). A recipe from my mother (Kay English).

Ingredient
Ricotta Cheese
Eggs
Sugar
Flour
Milk
Vanilla
   
Quantity
3pounds
12-
1&1/2cups
2Tbsp.
1/2cup
2tsp. (may substitute your favorite flavoring)

Instructions
Combine and mix all ingredients. Place in a 9x13” greased pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
