Ingredient

Ricotta Cheese

Eggs

Sugar

Flour

Milk

Vanilla

Quantity
3	pounds
12	-
1&1/2	cups
2	Tbsp.
1/2	cup
2	tsp. (may substitute your favorite flavoring)

Instructions

Combine and mix all ingredients. Place in a 9x13” greased pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
